Security Checklist

• Store INGEST_TOKEN and READ_TOKEN as worker secrets.
• Keep dashboard read token server-side (DASHBOARD_READ_TOKEN), never client-exposed.
• Keep NEXT_PUBLIC_* vars non-sensitive only.
• Redact tokens before sharing commands/logs.
